The DS Consulting Business and Education is nationally recognized in Brazil as a specialized consultancy for family businesses. We are currently seeking to develop long-term partnerships with those people/ organizations with experience with family businesses. Its premise was born upon the need for assisting family and inherited run businesses of the balance between emotional and professional management, a fact that leads a good part of these businesses to serious problems.

Dr. Domingos Ricca has 20 years of experience working with family businesses. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Florida Christian University, a Masters degree in Business Administration from Wisconsin International University; Certified by Vanzolini Foundation and SQS and IQNet (Switzerland) in Corporate Governance. In addition, he speaks frequently in Brazil and internationally on topics related to the reality of Brazilian family and inherited businesses and is a graduate school professor for some of Brazils' major universities.

DS Consulting developed and edits Family Business Magazine, a publication targeting businessmen, managers, heirs and professionals who wish to better understand the views and perceptions of family and inherited businesses through real experiences thru thoughtful, informative articles and interviews from those that understand firsthand the ins and outs of these businesses.
